This seems like a good base on which you could build.

it was a easy recipe and taste great, but i didnt use cayenne i used paprika and skim milk teuened out good. i would use again.

I used half cheddar, half pepper jack and added about 1 Tbsp of taco seasoning (with the milk). Wow, that was amazing!
