I could never get this recipe to work. I tried it three or four times and each time I got a liquid mayo that refused to thicken. I even tried adding the oil so slowly it took me 30 minutes to add it all. Nothing worked. The fix your broken mayonnaise online solutions did not fix it either. I would not do this recipe.

Good basic recipe. I added salt and some additional white wine vinegar to make it taste more like what we’re re used to.

All I tasted was oil. It was one note and flat. Needs something to make it flavorful!

I used olive oil with local (pasteurized) eggs. The consistency looked like mayo after 1.5 cups of oil

This is so good. I made a half batch with 2 egg yolks and extra lemon, which is fine. This is a new 'must have' in our home, and excellent on Chilean sandwiches.

This was a quick and simple recipe but I think it needs a few spices to make it tastier. As the recipe states, make sure you use a neutral tasting oil; I used extra virgin olive oil and the taste was overpowering.
