    one of the easiest recipes I've made. I did it exactly as the recipe recommends and it turned out perfectly creamy. One down side is that it didn't take long before it got thick and clumpy as it cooled, but you'll have that with almost any recipe. Eat it as soon as it's ready and you shouldn't have that.

    This was great! I used two cups of mixed shredded cheeses, and one cup of just cheddar instead. Next time I will add a small touch of spice, and garlic.
    Really good. Although I added to much salt because I used the wrong butter.
