I am making this for the second time! I let my kids help me. They had a blast. I added lemon zest and vanilla to the batter. I am also adding some extra frozen blueberries and strawberries that I happen to have. It’s delicious!

In these trying times I had to alter the recipe. I used frozen blueberries, can milk and sprinkled at little nutmeg and cinnamon on top. What a treat to enjoy this yummy cobbler. It turned out perfect. I would make it again. It was easy and quick to prepare. It did not stick to my stoneware medium size cake pan.

Wonderful I did use 1/2 cup sugar and in true KY fashion sprinkled the top with sugar....

I doubled the recipe and forgot too add extra sugar to b.b. And it turned out wonderful! Added 1/4 c amaretto to BB and sugar.... Wonderful! Thank you for sharing your awesome cobbler! (Pic. Is before cooking)
