Great Italian Dressing! I cannot buy the ready-made stuff because they use soy in everything. This is a great dressing that is quick to make...why buy when you can make your own?!

This is the best salad dressing I have ever ever tasted. I love it! I have made it tons of times and never change a thing. The balance of flavors is perfect. Any one who gave a negative review does not have mature taste buds! This is excellent!!

Dijon mustard was too strong. I prefer basil rather than oregano. I wouldn’t make it again.
