- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. bee honey (Nude)
- 5 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp. minced ginger (freshly)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. whole grain mustard (coarse)
- 1/2 jalapeno (seeded and minced)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 7 slices bacon
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 3 onions (sliced thin)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (OR honey)
- salt
- 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar (optional: I find it helps brown my onions but we are already adding a sweetener!)
