I made a 1/4 recipe, and it turned out great. I made 6 tarts, some with strawberry jam and some with cinnamon and brown sugar. The pastry is very similar to Pop-Tart pastry, except the butter comes through in these, instead of the predominantly flour flavor. I adore these, and will be making them again.
