I have to agree that adding double the fruit is better. It seemed too sour but that may have been because of the raspberries as well. Did anyone have trouble pouring it into molds?

Not enough fruit to be flavorful. It was a waste of the ingredients. We doubled the fruit in a second attempt; that was an improvement. Gelatin could be added differently to avoid problems with difficult to dissolve chunks.

i really liked the recipe. i did add some sugar because it was sour and bitter with just the honey. i also didnt have a working blender so i cooked it down more and ended up with little chunks of fruit but it was really good. my son absolutely loves these. i will be making them again!

Awesome! I put a bit more fruit and they turned out great! Even my 9-11yr old nieces couldn't get enough!

Follow the instructions exactly and the end product was not edible. I would not make this dish again
