Excellent recipe! I added more crushed red pepper flakes - 1 tablespoon. Delicious and very easy to make!

Turned out great, hubby loved it, and although I didn't have a lot of Hamburger Helper growing up, thus DOES taste better than boxed.

Very Good! I used 10 oz of egg noodles instead of pasta and I used only Mexican seasoning salt with the garlic powder and chili powder. I put in cold water and I did not premix the spices. I put the noodles in after it boiled and they only cook for 7 min. I thought it wasn’t going to thicken and then right before the noodles were done it was perfect. Added the cheese. Great recipe, so easy, even better than the ones with Campbell’s soup. My sons absolutely loved it. Thank you...

Love this recipe have made it so many times.. can be changed a little but here and there always turns out good. I use coconut milk and less spice so my baby can eat it too.

Ended up using more corn starch since it was still pretty watery. Husband and I decided we're never going back to regular mac & cheese ^^

From boil to simmer unfortunately it over boiled and lost a lot of fluid and seasonings so I’m not sure how that effected the taste a bit bland.

I laughed when I read this description because I have a box hamburger helper lovin' Texan too and wanted to find an alternative. This was four stars for us because it was missing something...that something for us was a hint of onion flavor. Next time I'll just brown some finely diced with the meat. I also found that the meat kept some noodles from being submerged so we had some uncooked among the rest despite stirring. Next time, I'll just pull the meat, add the liquids, spices and noodles, cook til al dente then add the meat back in to warm with the cheese before serving. Thanks for a quick and easy meal the kids and man love!

Followed the directions to a T . My family was not impressed. A bit too much spice for kids. Bad texture because the cheddar cheese curdling from the heat, even though it was at the simmer.

It's good, just missing a little something I can't put my finger on would make again if I had the items on hand, wouldn't shop specifically for it
