Easy enough to follow. Made w half white bread flour and half whole wheat. Calls for 1 tbsp yeast. 1 packet isn’t quite 1 tbsp, so had to open one other. No mater how I tape over where packet was cut, it just doesn’t keep for me. So, had to toss out rest of other packet! She doesn’t give good instructions to form round ball of dough. I always pull from top down the sides to the middle of the under part of the dough to form a nice tight round ball. Comes out with a smoother and more even top. Didn’t use melted butter over the tops. Trying to cut back on cholesterol!

Delicious! I added some diced jalapeños to a few of the buns to try, and they were great as well!
