- 1 Tbsp. A1 steak sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper (fresh)
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 3/4 tsp. table salt
- 1/4 tsp. curing salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (more or less depending your taste, 1/2tsp is a little spicy, but not overwhelming)
