- 4 Tbsp. yogurt (with live and active cultures, store bought or less than 36 hour old homemade yogurt)
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber (medium sized, peeled and diced into small cubes)
- 1/2 red onion (a small, peeled and diced into small cubes)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed (or 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh dill)
- 1 clove garlic (peeled and minced)
