This was really good. The hardest part was slicing the meat. I used a blender to process the meat. My whole family loved it. Make sure you get some Greek yogurt, a lemon,'and a cucumber and also dill. Gotta have tatziki.

Delicious gyros! Made these for my son’s birthday and he said that they were better than the local “go to” hotspot for gyros. I’ll be making these again!
