    My first attempt at homemade granola, and I can’t believe how easy and delicious this is! I halved the recipe and it easily filled 2 cookie sheets. I did make a couple of minor adjustments to accommodate my family’s taste. I only used 1 cup unsweetened coconut, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup golden raisins, and a 1/3 cup of each, almond slivers, chopped pecans, and pumpkin seeds. I followed the cooking suggestion and it was perfect! Yum!!
