Super easy and delicious. Mixed with a pesto sauce 👍🏻 I microwaved my potatoes, and kept the ratios the same.

Too vague of a recipe. Tried it and the “dough” turned out way too “sticky” tried olive oil as well as flour to make it more malleable. It just turned out mega sticky no matter what. I tossed them and used store bought.

The ingredients on Yummly don’t quite match up to the article, it’s 20 oz potatoes ( I think about 3) and one cup flour, one egg, 2 pinches salt. I used about 6 potatoes and made a double batch, it was great and so fun to make! It said they don’t store well uncooked in the fridge so I put the second batch in the freezer for another day :)
