- 1/2 cup raw almonds (Sliced)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dried coconut (Shredded)
- 1/4 cup dried apricots (Chopped)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. organic coconut oil (extra-virgin)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup quinoa (Hodgson Mill, and Flax Hot Cereal)
- 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour (Bob's Red Mill)
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sugar (I used raw sugar)
- 1 cup carrots (shredded)
- 1 cup apples (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 cup milk (I used skim)
- 2 eggs (or 4 egg whites)
- 1/2 cup oil (I used grapeseed oil)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
- 1/2 scoop chocolate (Shakeology®)
- 1 avocado (medium, ripe)
- 1 banana (medium, ripe)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup baby spinach (can sub Kale)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (Chopped)
- 3/8 avocado
- 1/2 fresh lemon juice (squeezed)
- 1 kiwi (Sliced)
- 1/2 banana (optional)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (fresh)
- 1/4 inch fresh ginger (Piece)
- 1 scoop protein powder (can use plant based protein)
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 12 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. seasoning (your choice)
- 1 banana (Small or Medium)
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee (cold)
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter (can substitute peanut butter)
- 2 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice (can use 1 cup of ice)
- 1 scoop protein powder (can use plant based protein)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (optional)
- 2 bananas (Medium to Large)
- 1 bar dark chocolate (Green & Black's 85%, Any Bar ofo Chocolate will work.)
