  • 1/4 cup butter (dairy-free use Earth Balance or Smart Balance)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 cups gluten free flour (I like Gluten Free Mama’s Almond Flour Blend or Pillsbury gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons yeast (rapid, /instant yeast, I use Fleischmann’s Bread Machine Instant Yeast)

    This is the best gluten free bread I have ever had hands down! I’ve made is 4 times and once for family and everyone is obsessed it doesn’t stay in our house long before I have to make it again!! I even used the dough to make gluten free kolaches which I haven’t had in many years. They tasted like they used to before I found out I couldn’t have gluten!
