This is absolutely fantastic (and easy)! I made it for a Friendsgiving get together, so I doubled the recipe. I also used raw, whole milk instead of low fat milk. Everyone absolutely loved it. I even took some to my work for co-workers to try and they raved about it too. The flavor could be considered strong to some, but when I asked if I should lessen the spices or molasses, everyone said NO. I was going to put crushed up Belvita gingerbread biscuits in it, but wanted to leave it optional to some. Those that crushed them up on top of the ice cream said it made it even better to have a little texture. I will definitely be making this again...and again. The texture is great and it’s a very soft ice cream, which I love. Mmm!!!
