- 1 stick margarine (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 3 Tbsp. meringue powder
- 4 cups confectioner's sugar
- 7 Tbsp. warm water (I use a little more to make it easier on my hands)
