Flavor-wise, this was fantastic! I added a little too much ginger, but it was still delicious.
I doubled the sauce to cover the vegetables I prepared to pair with the chicken, and it ended up being the perfect amount.
For whatever reason, my chicken did not come out crispy, though the meat was cooked perfectly. However, it was my first time truly frying anything, so that is probably more a result of my technique than the recipe itself. I will definitely have to make this again!
