Easy recipe! Love that I didn’t have to bring out a mixer or my food processor. Very tasty. Might try next time to add garlic and onion powder into the dough mixture like another comment suggested. I halved the batch but should’ve made the full batch because it was popular with my husband. Also used Greek yogurt instead of plain and bread flour because I ran out of all purpose and still came out great! It’s a keeper!

This is the 2nd time I make these and with a few adustments, they turned out better than the 1st batch, and those were really good. I added an extra tsp of salt and also added freshly minced garlic, garlic powder and onion powder to the dough. My family loves these!

1/2 of recipe made 12 pieces; slightly soggy; possibly didn’t roll thin enough or used too much butter in cooking ; my first use of yeast; I’ll do it again; p.s. made it in the rv out camping

So good I’m making it a second time but warm naan is just as good as Indian restaurants
