- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (organic)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. canela
- 3/4 cup dried fruit (Mix, I used what I had laying around: raisins, dried sweet cherries, chopped apricots, and dried cranberries)
