- 2 Tbsp. tapioca flour
- 4 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (I use Rodelle)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1/4 cup 75% dark chocolate (70% -, chopped fine)
- 1/2 cup espresso coffee (fresh brewed)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (I use Rodelle)
- 1/4 cup almond butter (room temperature)
- 2/3 cup cane sugar
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (60% - 70%)
