Couldn’t figure out pan temperature so I burned the first 4 while they were still raw in the middle. Adjusted temp but still raw so I threw the last 3 in the air fryer, they cooked evenly but the muffins weren’t craggy - just smooth like regular white bread. Also flavorless.
