I made the sauce pretty much as directed with the exception that I didn’t use a sieve. Instead I used an Emerson blender to break up the large pieces of apricot. The vinegar taste was way too strong. Sooo… I added another 1/2 C of apricot jam and it was hands down the BEST duck sauce I’ve ever eaten!!!

Happy to fine a good duck sauce recipe! Only I used plum jelly instead of apricot. Thanks :)
