Easy to make and delicious. It does take more than 10-12 minutes to bake. Approx. 20 actually but still I'm listing this as a new go to recipe.

the first time i made this i followed the recipe exactly. it was very good. the 2nd time i did not have milk. i did however have yogurt. i put 1 cup of yogurt and then thinned out the batter with a tbsp or 2 of water. they were so, so, so, good. soft and tender, and a little tangy. i will always sub yogurt from now on if i have it on hand.
