Description
If you love sun-dried tomatoes, you are going to love this recipe for dried tomatoes. Though they are dried in the oven, not in the sun, these tomatoes are great to have on hand to add to salads, pizzas, and many other dishes. Thyme and rosemary complement the tomatoes perfectly. Directions
- Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut in half lengthwise.
- Remove the seeds and place face down to drain on a rack or in a colander for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
