Delicious quick recipe. I made with 1 lb ground turkey and I wanted it meatier so I used only 4 cups of rice.

Great! I didn’t use bell pepper, the hub hates it! I also only used 3 cups of rice. I only has jasmine rice and it worked well I will definitely make it again

NOT ACCURATE DIRTY RICE. my husbands from Louisiana, literally nothing on the list of ingredients is accurate except for rice. real dirty rice has both ground pork and ground beef and NO sausage. ugh.

Delicious, definitely making again, i might back off the creole. Family thought it was a little warm. Added the three tablespoons, probably will just add two next time.

pretty good recipe. I made mine with ground beef. The creol seasoning was too spicy for me. next time i will find another seasoning to use. Ended up topping the rice with a mixture of cheeses. Will definitely make again with modifications.

Liked this recipe, changed it up a bit. I used 1/2 lb of jimmy dean sage sausage, 1/2 lb of burger. And I don't have creole seasoning, it's too spicy for my taste! But I like slap your mama seasoning, & down in Miss . I came across a seasoning called frog bone all purpose seasoning. When I'm down in Miss . I always buy some to take back to Mich. When I add the seasoning, I do a little at a time, till I like the taste. And one more thing, this dirty rice is great stuffed into a red pepper, top with some cheese & bake, just like you do with green peppers. Yummy!
