turned out fine, but I am wondering if all of the rising and re-rising was actually necessary to the recipe coming out ok. A bit much really for being time consuming to make.

Better than I expected. The dough was a little wet so I added flour a little at a time untI I achieved the right consistency. They were delicious.

Wow! Fantastic flavour and texture! I made 8 buns instead of 6 and next time might try 9 as they’re a little big for me. Make sure to read the whole method, as these take an extra 4 to 48 hrs in the fridge!

Great recipe! I left the honey out and next time I will add an extra touch of salt to it. Other than that it’s excellent!!!
