    Turned out delicious. I used yellow, orange and red bell peppers and onions. Instead of tomatoes.

    we didn't do the exact recipe, used shredded chicken and cheese.. added refried beans and guacamole but it was yummy! very hard to keep closed and the cheese wasn't fully melted.. but would work on technique and do it again!
