  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup flake coconut (large, unsweetened)
  • 1 cup raw almonds (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

    Directions

    1. Combine all DRY ingredients in a large bowl.
    2. Melt the honey & coconut oil together in a small pot on the stovetop.
    3. Drizzle over the dry ingredients and toss with your hands to coat thoroughly.
    4. Spread the raw granola thinly and equally over two rimmed baking sheets Bake at 350 F (175 C) for 15 minutes, or until toasty golden brown.
    5. Check in after 10 minutes to monitor done-ness, and give a quick stir at this point to help everything brown evenly.
