This is great! The only changes are that I use clam juice instead of water for a bit more flavor and add carrots to give it a few more veggies. Delicious!

I would give this 5 stars, except there was way too many potatoes. Next time I'll only use a couple potatoes and add a little cream cheese (3 oz) for a thickener. Thanks!

This is a really good recipe. I have tried a few others and this had the spices to make it a hit with my fam. I did add a little wine as part of my liquid and I used red potatoes with skin on which required a little longer cooking time, but otherwise I followed the recipe and will be making this again.
