- 1 1/3 cups lukewarm water
- 1 stick butter (cut into small chunks)
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 cups flour (regular)
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup powdered milk
- 1 Tbsp. dry active yeast
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed, I've also used plain white sugar and it works great)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- icing (Ingredients:)

- powdered sugar
- milk
- 4 cups powdered sugar (I end up using about ⅔+ of the bag)
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 5 Tbsp. milk

We make cinnamon rolls every Christmas Eve, for Christmas morning breakfast. This year I decided to try making the dough in the bread machine, and came across this recipe. They turned out perfect. We will definitely make this recipe again.
