Excellent! I was lazy and used the dough cycle on my bread machine, but followed the rest of the recipe.

This recipe really rises! Keep an eye on it when it gets in the pan. Great flavor

Well it rose so incredibly that it would not fit in a loaf pan - so I used a Bundt! Smells amazing … will dig into it soon. Soooo… there was a large air pocket on top and I did increase the cinnamon by 1 tsp. Family still said not enough cinnamon so we spread homemade cinnamon butter on top. Now it’s perfect!

This bread is delicious warm, toasted with butter, or just sliced and eaten as is with a cup of tea or coffee. My new favorite recipe.
