It was delicious. I don’t know how but mine was just a little chunky. I would recommend eating something fruity with it because it’s so sweet.

Made this for our Dinner Club on the weekend. Turned out great! Perfect rich light dessert. I added 2 tablespoons more cocoa powder than in the recipe. Sorry I didn't take any photos. I served the mousse in the teacups (i never use) that came with the place settings of my dinnerware. They were the perfect size and looked really cute. I garnished them with a round shortbread cookie and whipped cream.
