- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

- 1 cup unsalted butter (cold, cut into cubes)

- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 egg yolk (plus 2 tsp milk mixed well, for brushing)

It was amazing! But I wanted it to be a little juicer, too thick of a consistency. Still very delicious & will do again maybe add a little extra broth.
