Really tasty and quick to pull together. Mixed some Franks RedHot Wings sauce with nonfat Greek yogurt for dipping 😋

Lovely recipe. My wife found these chicken nuggets to be very tasty and immediately became a stapled go-to. Texture is very similar to the "popcorn chicken" that is breaded with tapioca flour from boba cafes.

yum! I made it exactly the way the instructions said, they were savory pieces of meat.

Delicious! I went ahead and lightly tenderized the meat after cutting it. It turned out so tender and moist! Because I don’t do dairy, I made a dipping sauce from Soy Free Veganese, Ketchup, Fresh Dill, salt, pepper and onion powder....mmmmm

My kids were a little skeptical since they looked so much different than the ones I usually make, but they LOVED them. And I mean loved them. They’re gone. I added garlic powder as well and next time I will add more salt. Other than that they were perfect!

Great! I added some garlic powder, black pepper, and a little extra onion powder. We used Tessie Mae’s ranch dressing mixed with hot sauce. Kids loved them!

Soooo good! Every time I opened the fridge, I could not resist the temptation to nibble on just one more of the leftovers!

Great. Used almond and coconut flour mix. Onion salt from Trader Joe’s, and their 21 Salute seasoning. Perfection.

Very yummy, I couldn't get tapioca flour so I used rice flour instead and that was delicious!
It definitely a great dish, will make it again!
My kids really enjoyed it !
