- 2 tomatoes (chopped very fine)
- 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder (Adjust according to how hot you want your nachos. Mine became super hot.)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 3 dashes hot sauce
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups jack (approximate grated Cheddar-)
- 1/4 cup jalapeno (Slices, jarred)
- 3 green onions (chopped very fine)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (Optional)
- 1 avocado (Optional)
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- salt
