  • 2 tablespoons chili powder (Adjust according to how hot you want your nachos. Mine became super hot.)

  • 3 dashes hot sauce
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups jack (approximate grated Cheddar-)
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno (Slices, jarred)
  • 3 green onions (chopped very fine)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (Optional)
  • 1 avocado (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
