With my ingredients it made 12 bars at 183 calories each.
Very easy to make! I substituted in different cereals and some shredded coconut.
The flavour is very good - I'm pleased the honey didn't overwhelm it.
The bars crumble apart a bit, so they wouldn't travel well without the help of some kind of wrapper to keep them together. I used wax paper.
