- 1 can chicken broth
- 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 15 oz. tuna (or so, I like to use the foil pouches, but you can use cans just drain well)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- salt
- pepper
- frozen peas (optional)

This recipe came together nicely.
I used pasta shells, Oregon Coast albacore tuna, added a 1/4c more chicken bone broth (1 can broth = 14.5oz.), 3/4c diced frozen broccoli florets, and 3/4c frozen corn/pea/green bean medley to the recipe.
It was delicious! Enough for a family of four…
I added a bit more broth so it wouldn’t dry out while reheating with the additional veggies.
