Good, standard cheese sauce. Probably best over broccoli and other veggies; we used it over a veggie scrambled egg concoction. Definitely doesn’t look like the photo though!

Secret to the sauce? Stir. Stir. Stir. I definitely need to work on the seasoning of this but I was in a hurry tonight and just needed an easy cheesy sauce for the ground beef hash brown skillet I was making. It went well. Will be making this one again.

Great cheese sauce recipe! I made a few slight changes to speed up the thickening process by using only 1 cup of whole milk and 2 1/2 cups of shredded medium cheddar cheese and cooking over medium/low heat. The entire process took about 15 minutes from start to finish. I’ll be using this again for sure!

Mild yet tasty. Went well over broccoli and gnocchi. Took quite awhile to thicken.
