- 2-3 tablespoons of either honey or low fatjam
- 1 eggwhite
- sprinkle cinnamon (optional)
- berries or banana to top off (optional)

- Add the 3 cups of cereal of your choice in a bowl
- Add the 2-3 tablespoons of honey or low fat jam (whichever you prefer) in a separate bowl.
- Put the bowl with the honey or low fat jam in the microwave for 30 seconds for a more liquid substance

it didnt :(
it didnt stick together... theres not enough information in the recipe . i had to add brown sugar and butter to complete this recipe.
