- 5/16 cup flaxseed meal (found at natural foods stores, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods)
- 1/2 cup flour (I used gluten free all purpose flour)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. honey (heaping)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 2 Tbsp. almond milk (or any milk you have)
