- 2/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup salt
- 10 cloves garlic (chopped or minced)
- 3 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 3 Tbsp. dried basil
- 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 1/4 cups lemon juice (for jars)

I've used this recipe for last 3 years and love it! I use this recipe for pizza as well. My mother in law drink it straight out of a cup it was so good lol.
