Substituted avocado oil and used bottled lemon juice. 4 anchovies too. Used both w blackened chicken and garlic shrimp. Major hit!

yummy! in the future i may add a little more cheese, but otherwise a great dressing!

It was great I omitted the anchovy paste though and it was still very good and didn't use a raw egg which my old recipe did

Been using this recipe for years. Only Caesar recipe I use. Way better than any restaurant dressing I’ve had.
