This Caesar salad dressing recipe is definitely a keeper! I will double the anchovy paste next time.

This is the best Caesar salad dressing ever! The flavor is spot on with anything in a restaurant. I have made it so many times I don't really need to pull up the recipe to make it.

This dressing is by far better than any bottled brand. Will definitely keep this recipe and use it again and again. So easy to make which makes it that much better.

I substituted 1 cup of mayo for half cup mayo and half cup Greek yogurt to cut back on calories, turned out great, keeper!

This dressing is easy and delicious. Convenient enough to make anytime. Really elevates your Caesar salad and makes you look like a pro! Keeps well in fridge for a long time!

This turned out so good! I added a tablespoon of whole milk to thin it down a bit, but the flavor is fantastic!

Delicious! It's very quick and easy to make, and so much better than store-bought. Absolutely worth it!

After letting it sit overnight, the flavors blended wonderfully! I changed my initial reaction as mine came out pretty thick, but the flavor is excellent.

Never buying shop bought Caesar dressing again- easy- made enough for 4 large Caesar salads - didn’t have anchovy paste so just pummeled a couple of anchovies in oil from a jar in a pestle and mortar

It was delicious, I didn’t have anchovy paste so I mashed up two anchovies. In retrospect I probably wouldn’t have put in the extra salt because of the anchovies, but it was still really good

Great! I used real anchovies just because. I love egg yolk but having guest over I decided to just use the mayonnaise. It still was amazing
