Oh my goodness, i had some buttermilk to get rid of and i came across this recipe, and thank the heavens i did!!! I don't think i will ever buy store brand ranch again!! Its thick and creamy and tangy and WONDERFUL!! It even has an adjustment for a more runny ranch if thats your thing :D i started the recipe with low hopes but by the end i had literally everyone in the house stealing spoonfuls of it :D my only adjustment is i used a whole teaspoon of salt, 5 stars and to thumbs way up
