I incorporated 2 1/2 tsps into the mix and speinkled some on both sides while cooking. The smells coming the kitchen were wonderful and the patties were very tasty. I added a slice of goat cheese in the middle (stuffed) of each patty.

Great seasoning, replaces onion and garlic powders with real crushed onion and garlic, and it was superb! Btw didn't put any sugar.
