- 11 grams bakers yeast (or 20 g fresh yeast)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- flour (as needed for dusting)

Directions
- In a medium bowl, place the flour.
- Make a well in the center and add half of the water, yeast, sugar and salt.
- With hands or with a fork, mix flour from the sides of the bowl into the center until a sticky dough forms.
