Made this for a second time, haven’t made it in a while. Amazing and Delicious as always! I made it with Banana Pancakes and topped with powdered sugar! Felt like I was eating at a resort.

I made this this morning to go on my pancakes and it turned out perfect. I had to use bottle lemon juice because I didn’t have fresh lemons on hand and I added 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla at the end. The sugar was just the right amount for me not to sweet but sweet enough. Great recipe to keep.

The flavor and consistency were exactly what I wanted to achieve. Very few ingredients needed. Will definitely make again

Wonderful; recipe instructions worked like a charm and tastes great. Steam still rising from the blueberries when I took my photo; now cooling before cheesecake is served!
